Recent studies show that 46% of customers would appreciate to find a vegetarian offer in restaurants. Therefore our will is to support businesses in developing a genuine customer-wise approach and gain new skills and knowledge to meet vegetarian customers\u2019 expectations. We know from experience that quality vegetarian dishes sell very well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #005514;\"><strong>Our goal for businesses and hospitality schools<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Train hospitality staff to help them understand the expectations of vegetarian customers and offer them quality cuisine. Create a network of vegetarian-friendly businesses and schools clearly identified which would like to implement a quality charter.
