The Pop Up restaurant is a European Erasmus project involving six European partners who have collaborated to design an online learning course. The course is aimed at long term unemployed and others who will learn about entrepreneurship and business start-up. The learning materials will provide the knowledge, skills and competencies to enable learners to start up their own business.
